There is no registration on race day.
AFTER YOU REGISTER
RUNNER PACKETS:
Runner Packets will be sent out by e-mail (or mail if e-mail is not provided) in mid-August, confirming your registration details and giving you information on packet pick-up for the race. Your bib, registration packet and race shirt will be available on Friday, September 21st and Saturday, September 22nd at Packet Pick-Up (Location: Jubilee Center, 2090 S. Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618). You will also have the opportunity to pick up those items on Race morning from 5:30 - 7:00 am at Frontier Field, but we advise you that it would be less stressful for you on Race Day morning if you already had all of those items in your possession.

CHANGING OR TRANSFERRING ENTRY AFTER YOU REGISTERED:
Changing to Another Event
You can request to make a change of events to your registration by filling out a Change Event Request Form. If you are switching to an event that has a higher entry fee, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the two. There is a $10.00 administration processing fee for all change requests and requests must be made in writing and by September 14, 2012 (no exceptions). For an Event Change Request Form, click here.
Transferring Your Entry to 2013
You will be allowed to transfer your 2012 entry fee to the 2013 event for a $10.00 administration processing fee. Requests must be made in writing and made by September 14, 2012 (no exceptions). For a Transfer Entry Request Form, click here.
EARLY DEPARTURE WAIVER:
Click Here if you need to complete a waiver for Early Departure. This waiver must be completed in advance (before 9/14/12) by all of our marathon participants that will want to depart from Frontier Field at 6:00 AM. There will be a $5.00 administrative fee for all early departures. ** This will also ensure that our timers will be able to calculate your finish time.**
