YOU CAN ALSO GET YOUR ENTRY FEE WAIVED!:

Your entry fee will be waived if you fundraise a minimum of $100.00 for the Full Marathon, $75.00 for the Half Marathon or $200.00 for a Relay Team. It's easy - get pledges from friends, family and co-workers! You can even set up your own personal webpage to help make your fundraising even easier! You will help to support the mission of the Arthritis Foundation, and you'll get your entry fee waived!

AFTER YOU REGISTER:

Runner Confirmations will be sent out mid-August, confirming your registration and giving you details on packet pick-up for the race. Your bib, registration packet and participant shirt will be available on Friday, September 10th and Saturday, September 11th at Packet Pick-Up (Location: Harro East Athletic Club, 400 Andrews Street, Rochester, NY 14604). You will also have the opportunity to pick up those items on Race morning from 5:30 - 7:00 am at Frontier Field, but we advise you that it would be less stressful for you on Race Day morning if you already had all of those items in your possession.

CHANGING EVENTS AFTER YOU REGISTERED:

You can request to make a change to your registration by filling out a Change Event Request Form.  If you are switching to an event that has a higher entry fee, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the two. There is a $10.00 administration processing fee for all change requests and all requests must be made by September 8, 2010 (no exceptions). For a Change Event Request Form, click here.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE WAIVER:

Click Here if you need to complete a waiver for Early Departure. This waiver must be completed in advance (before 9/08/10) by all of our marathon participants that will want to depart from Frontier Field at 6:00 AM. There will be a $5.00 administrative fee for all early departures. ** This will also ensure that our timers will be able to calculate your finish time.**
